Congratulations to Team Sanchez for winning the Month of May. This was a battle between 7 supervisor who are all in the running for the annual Top Supervisor. The award is a new Hyundai or $20k in cash. There has been no team officially disqualifed as of yet but there are some teams that are just pulling away from the pack.
Team Sanchez is coming on strong with a huge win in th emonth of May. Congratulations Justin. I know you have some absolute guns on your crew and they showed it in May. You are not done yet but you did put yourself right back in the hunt. Here are the following results.

Once again. Nice job Justin. Enjoy the Team Dinner at Maggianos in Schaumburg, you earned it. To those of you who have Justin as a supervisor you should know that much of Justin's performance is attributed to the types of campaigns he has been running.
Reverse Mortgage and Employee Benefits are Justin's strong suits and in the month of May he proved it. These campaings focus on what is in it for the client. On reverse mortgage it is one campaign where we are actually not asking someone to buy a service or product. We are calling to let them know how much they qualify for.
In the employee benefit campaigns it is an area where Justin has found a unique way to get his team to retrieve premium, number of employees, name of carrier and the renewal dates. With this information it is possible to start the quoting/underwriting.
There is one month left in 2nd Qtr. this is boiling down to 3 teams; Hohenshell, Sanchez and Rathje. Best of luck team.
